150th Birthday Celebration

Anamosa Schools is celebrating its 150th Birthday this year.
The Committee has published a calendar of historical information and pictures and it is for sale in each of the buildings and some businesses locally. The cost is $10.00. There is also a historical book available for $25.00. There will be a DVD/video available also for $20.00. You may also order all three items for $50.00, plus $3.95 shipping. Order forms are available to pre-order. You may also order with credit card through the PaySchools website located on the Anamosa Schools website.
The book has the history of the schools, including country schools, athletics, class lists of graduates, plus much, much more.
The All-Alumni 150th Birthday party will be held on June 13th, 2010. There will be birthday cake and ice cream and lots of historical displays of information.
This year is also the 100th Homecoming for Anamosa Schools, which was held on October 8th. There are commemorative buttons available.
